MSquared Spaces is an architecture practice working across office buildings, campuses, mixed-use developments, factory and industrial infrastructure, hospitality, and commercial and retail interiors. These are projects where efficiency, documentation, and delivery matter as much as design intent.
Our work begins with the people who will use the building. How a workplace supports the way teams actually work, how a campus moves people through it, how a retail interior holds attention, how a factory keeps operations clean and efficient — user experience is the first design brief, not an afterthought.
We build on that with technology. Digital design tools, structured drawing systems, and coordinated documentation allow us to resolve buildings thoroughly before they reach site, reducing rework, delays, and cost surprises during construction.
Sustainability runs through the same process. Climate-responsive planning, orientation, shading, and material choices are worked into the building from the first sketch - lowering operating costs and improving long-term performance rather than being layered on at the end.
Together, these define what we are really designing for: maximum value creation. Efficient area utilisation, durable specifications, and buildings that hold their worth over decades.
Leadership
MSquared Spaces is founded and led by Ar. Manoj Madhu, B.Arch (IIT Roorkee).
With over sixteen years in practice, Manoj has worked across global and Indian companies and studios - ITC Limited, Gensler, EHDD, and HundredHands - on projects spanning workplaces, institutional buildings, and large mixed-use developments. His early career included project management on the ITC Green Centre, an experience that shaped a lasting conviction that sustainability is a function of disciplined design and construction logic, not certification alone.
He is a certified green building professional (IGBC AP, GRIHA CP), and brings that expertise directly into project planning rather than treating it as a parallel exercise. His work is characterised by an emphasis on clarity — in drawings, in coordination, and in the decisions that carry a project from concept to completion.
